I am so excited to announce that I am going to Michigan on July 30th to shadow my uncle and his colleagues at the Borgess Heart Institute! My uncle is a cardio-thoracic surgeon and I have the incredible opportunity to see what he and other health care professionals really do. I am debating Pre-Med vs. Pre-PA right now, and I'm hoping this trip will really help decide which path is right for me. Anyway, I was lacking in the Business Casual attire that I needed, so I decided to bite the bullet and invest in some good-quality pieces that I can wear for years to come.
During the school year, my sorority chapter meetings are business casual so it's always good to have staple pieces.
Today, I bought three pairs of "Julie" skinny trousers from Ann Taylor LOFT. They fit curves very well. Straight cut pants (no matter what size) just do not fit right on me. I bought a basic black pair, a navy pair, and a gorgeous patterned gold-and black pair. I'm in love. They make me want to be a career woman RIGHT NOW.

These beautiful black pants are sooooo comfy.

My dog, Doug, decided he wanted to be a model too.
What are your favorite places for business casual clothing? So far, my favorites are Ann Taylor LOFT, H&M, and Banana Republic.
I can't wait to share the experience with y'all!
